  1. 제철소의 폐기물인 제철 Dust와 중석선광 폐기물인 규산질 광미사(Tailing)를 유효성분으로 하여 여기에 무기 접착제인 시멘트를 소량첨가 수화고결 처리하여서 된 시멘트 원료로 사용되는 산화철조성분.
