제 1도는 용량성 스위칭 매트릭스 어레이와 검출수단을 갖는 자체발전 블록킹 발진기형 스위칭 파우워 팩에 대한 본 발명의 원리를 나타낸 회로 배치도, 재2a도 2차측에서의 4watt스탠바이 동작에서 스위칭 소자의 전압 및 전류 파형도와 0축 교차 검출기 신호 및 제어 전압 신호의 전압 전류 파형도.

Claims (7)

  1. 출력 전압을 발생하기 위해 자체 발진 블록킹 발생기형 스위칭 파우어 팩을 위한 회로에 있어서, 제1권선을 구비한 트랜스포머와, 상기 트랜스포머의 제1권선에 접속된 스위치 소자와, 직류전압이 상기, 트랜스포머의 제1권선으로 클록 방식으로 인가되도록 상기 스위치 소자를 펄스폭 변조 구동시키기 위한 제어수단과, 이 제어수단은 적어도 하나의 주전류 신호를 수신하도록 연결된 제1이 입력단과 펄스 개시점을 식별하는 0교차 신호를 수신하도록 연결된 제2의 입력단과, 제1 및 제2의 제어입력을 가지며, 펄스폭을 한정하는 차이신호를 발생하도록 동작하는 비교증폭기와, 내부 기준신호를 상기 비교 증폭기의 상기 제1 제어입력으로 공급하도록 연결되고 상기 내부 기준신호를 형성하는 기준전압 발생 수단과, 제어전압을 상기 비교 증폭기의 제2의 제어 입력으로 공급하도록 연결되고 상기 출력전압에 의존하는 제어 전압을 수신하도록 연결된 제3의 입력단으로 구성되며, 회로의 스탠바이 모우드에서 동작주파수의 저감을 야기시키며, 상기 제2와 제3의 입력단자사이에 연결된 용량성 스위칭 매트릭스 어레이와 그리고 스탠바이 모우드 중에 상기 기준신호를 저감시키기 위해 상기 기준전압 발생 수단에 접속되고, 동작 주파수의 감소에 의해 스탠바이 모우드의 개시를 감지하는 검출수단으로 이루어진 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 기준신호를 약20%변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 주파수를 감지하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 스위칭 매트릭스 어레이는 저항 및 캐패시터로된 적어도 하나의 직렬회로로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저항은 가변저항인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서 , 상기 제어수단은 상기 영 교차 검출신호를 수신하도록 연결되고 상기 트랜스포머가 오버드라이브 될 때 트랜스포머의 링잉 현상을 억제하도록 작용하는 링잉 억제장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 스탠바이 모우드에서 저감된 동작 주파수는 약 15KHz내지 60KHz사이에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 파우어 팩 회로.
