The present invention relates to shielding of a connector for preventing interference from external radio waves or signal interference from electric power. In particular, the upper and lower caps are used without sensing a copper tape at a connection portion between an insulator in a connector and a core wire in a cord. It relates to an assembling shielding connector to be assembled by.
In conventional connectors, copper tape is wrapped around the outer circumferential surface of the connector's insulator and the core wire in the cord, soldered the microgap of the tape, and then molded by wrapping the synthetic resin on the outer circumferential surface of the copper tape, and then the synthetic resin By injecting and wrapping, the cord is shielded from external radio waves or power.
In other words, the copper tape is wound around the connector and the core wire in the cord to form a shielding layer. In such a case, the copper tape must be wound several times each day. Since the gap should be filled by soldering, productivity may be insufficient, defects caused by soldering may occur, and synthetic resin should be injected twice on the outer circumferential surface of the tape, thereby increasing the manufacturing cost.
The present invention is devised to solve the above-mentioned coupling, the upper and lower parts of the connecting portion between the insulator of the connector and the core wire in the cord are assembled and wrapped around the connecting portion, and the synthetic resin case inserted into the cord of the connector It is intended to be connected to the fixture.
When described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows. That is, in connecting the insulator 1A of the connector 1 and the core wire 2A in the cord 2, the insertion holes (up, down, left and right in the rear side of the fixing member 1B of the connector 1) 1C) (1D) (1E) (1F) (see Figs. 1 and 5) and the engaging pieces 4A, (b) which are bent into the upper and lower portions (4) and (5), respectively, of metal. 5A) is inserted into the upper and lower fitting holes 1C and 1D of the fixing body 1B so as to be caught in the fixing body 1B (see FIG. 2), and the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 The shielding pieces 4B and 5B which are extended to both sides are inserted into the left and right fitting holes 1E and 1F of the fixing body 1B, but the upper cap 4 surrounds the lower cap 5. The locking projection 5C of the lower cap 5 to be caught by the locking hole 4C of the upper cap 4, and the fixed ring 4D melted into the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 respectively. (5D) is pressed into the outer shell of the cord (2), and then the synthetic resin case (6) is inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the upper and lower caps (4) and (5). side( 4E) and 5E are caught by the locking holes 6A of the case 6. In the above, when the engaging pieces 4A and 5A, which are bent into the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 made of metal, respectively, are placed on the fixing body 1B, the upper and lower caps 4 made of metal are formed. (5) is placed upright with respect to the fixing body 1B, and each of the engaging pieces 4A and 5A of the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 is caught by the upper and lower locking protrusions inside the fixing body 1B. After the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 are horizontally positioned with respect to the fixing body 1B, the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 are caught by the fixing body 1B.
1G is a fixing hole of the fixing body 1B, 6B is a fixing hole, and 7 is a conductor rod.
Effects of the present invention configured as described above are as follows. The upper and lower caps 4 and 5 made of metal are wrapped around the connection area between the insulator 1A of the connector 1 and the core wire 2A in the cord 2 to provide a shielding effect. The upper, lower caps 4, 5 of the upper, lower, left, and right fitting holes 1C, 1D, 1E, and 1F of the rear body 1B as shown in FIGS. Since the engaging pieces 4A, 5A and the shielding pieces 4B, 5B are fitted, it is possible to protect the connection part from external radio interference and the like without a microgap.
Then, the locking projection 5C of the lower cap 5 is caught in the locking hole 4C of the upper cap 4, and the upper and lower caps 4 and 5 are simply assembled with each other, and further, the upper and lower caps 4 (5) Each fixed ring (4D) (5D) is fitted to the outer shell of the cord (2), so that the upper and lower caps (4) (5) is prevented from falling or shaking.
Thus, the upper and lower caps (4) and (5) to shield the connection area, and the injection molded case (6) is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the upper and lower caps (4) (5) by fixing the connection to the weak shielding It can be securely shielded, the assembly is simple, the productivity is improved, the quality can be improved and the connector can be manufactured at low cost.
As described above, the present invention simply forms the shielding layer by simply assembling the connection part of the cord and the connector which are weakly shielded with the upper and lower caps, thereby providing the effect of the shielding as well as the productivity and the low-cost connector. It is a practical design.
