본 고안은 인테이크 매니폴드(INTAKE MANIFOLD)의 주조시에 내부의 형상을 위해 코어(CORE)가 사용되어지는데 주조성형후 코어(CORE)제거를 위한 60ψ의 홀이 생성된 것으로 이 원형홀을 알루미늄 원판으로 막고 2개의 토오치로된 MIG자동용접장치를 적용시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.In the present invention, the core is used for the internal shape during the casting of the intake manifold.
