본 고안은 철사에 연질성 P.V.C를 피복하여 종횡으로 고착한 계란 받침간을 구성함에 있어서 종받침간에는 다수의 돌편이 형성된 양계용 케이지 밀판인 계란 받이구에 관한 것인데 통상적으로 계란 받이구는 약간 경사지게 설치 되므로 닭의 발가락이 받침간 표면에 돌설된 돌편에 걸려 미끄러지지 않고 항상 안정된 자세에서 배란하기 때문에 고질적인 닭발목병을 미연에 방지할 수 있어서 닭이 건강하여 이에 따른 배란율이 높으며 받침간이 철사가 내장된 연질성 P.V.C로 구성됨으로서 속은 견고하고 표면은 말랑말랑하게 완충력이 뛰어나 배란시에 낙하되는 계란이 바닥의 충격에 의한 파손을 예방하고자 함이 본고안이 안출된 취지인바 종래는 철사로만 가로세로 엮어 가설한것에 불과한데 이는 바닥의 사이사이에 넓은 공간이 생기게 마련이므로 닭의 발가락이 밑으로 자주 빠지기 때문에 닭 발목병을 유발 하거나 또는 자세가 항상 불안하여 배란율이 떨어질뿐만 아니라 표면이 철제이어서 바닥이 딱딱해 계란이 낙하될 때 10-20%가 충격에 견디지 못하고 쉬이 파손되어 재산상 손실과 아울러 받침간 역시 부식이 되거나 산화되는 등 오랫동안 사용하지 못해 비경제적이며 닭의 오물이나 기타 이물질의 세척이 용이하지 못해 불결하여 위생에도 좋지 못하고 외관상에도 보기가 흉한 폐단이 있었다.The present invention relates to an egg holder, which is a cage plate for poultry, in which a number of stone pieces are formed in the egg holder between the longitudinal PVC and the flexible PVC coated on the wire.
