수조를 변기에 결합하기 위한 장착 조립체

제1도는 본 발명품의 조립전의 수조 및 변기와 후방 윗바닥을 예시하는 부분 분해 사시도,
제2도는 수조를 변기에 조립하기에 적합한 결합 수단의 분해 사시도,
제3도는 완전히 조립된 수조와 변기를 제1도의 밑에서 본 부분 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 수조를 변기에 결합하기 위한 장착 조립체로서; 일단부에 플랜지 헤드가 형성되어있고, 직경이 상기 수조의기부에 형성된 수조 장착 구멍의 직경보다 크며, 다른 단부는 두갈래져 있으며, 축방향통로가 관통하여 형성되어있는 관형 몸체로 된 탄성 중합체 밀봉 부재로서, 상기 관형 몸체의 외측면 상에 일체로 형성된 적어도 하나의종방향 연장 중심 맞춤 리브가 상기 플랜지 헤드와 두갈래진 단부 사이에 위치된 상기 탄성중합체 밀봉 부재; 일단부에 나삿니가 있으며, 다른단부에 형성된 플랜지 헤드가 상기 탄성 중합체 밀봉 부재의 상기 통로안에 끼워져서 위치되는 기다란 자루를 가진 보울트; 그리고 상기 수조와 변기가 함께 결합될 때 상기 보울트의 상기 나사단부를 나사식으로 연결하기 위한 조임 수단으로 구성되는, 상기 수조를 변기에 결합하기 위한 장착 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 중심 맞춤 리브가 4개이며, 상기 관형 몸체의 외측면 둘레에 등간격으로 이격되어 있는 장착 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립체가 한쌍인 장착 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 밀봉 부재의 상기 두갈래진 단부는 상부 보울트가 그 안에 끼워져서 위치되어 있을 때 벌어진 걸림쇠 수단을 형성하여 상기 장착 구멍으로부터 제거되는 것을 방지하는 장착 조립체.
