Claims (5)

  1. 시래믹스 제 부재와 금속제 부재로 이루어지는 마찰압접체이고, 상기 시래믹스 제 부재 접합면의 외주부에 절결부를 마련하여 당해 절결부에 상기 금속제를 부재를 마찰 압전에 의해 접합함을 특징으로하는 시래믹스-금소의 마찰압연체.
  2. 금속제 부재가 시래믹스와의 직접 마찰 압접에 의한 접합이 곤난한 부재인, 제1항 기재의 시래믹스-금속의 마찰압전체.
  3. 시리믹스제 부재와 금속재 부재와의 사이에 알루미늄을 개재시키는, 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 시래믹스-금속의 마찰압전체.
  4. 시래믹스제 부재로 이루어지는 크라운을 피스턴 본체를 형성하는 알루미늄 합금으로 붙여서 되는 시래믹스 따로 만들어 붙임 피스턴에 있어서, 당해 크라운의 피스턴 본체와 접하는 면의 외주부에 절결부를 마련하고 당해 절결부에 금속제 환상 부재를 마찰 압접하여 이루어짐을 특지으로하는 시래믹스 따로 만들어 붙임 피스턴.
  5. 시래믹스 제 부재로 이루어지는 크라운을 피스턴 본체를 형성하는 알루미늄 합금으로 붙여서는 시래믹스 따로 만들어 붙임 피스턴에 있어서, 당해 시래미기스 제 크라운의 피스턴 본체와 접하는 면의 외주부에 알루미늄과 이종금속 재료로 이루어지는 환상부재를 마찰압접하여 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 시래미기스 따로 만들어 붙임 피스턴.
