Claims (6)

  1. 방향족 폴리아미드섬유를 제조하는데 있어서, 중합용매로서 아미드계 용매 단독 또는 이들의 혼합용매에 금속염을 첨가, 용해시킨 후 여기에 방향족 디아민과 방향족 디에시드 클로라이드를 첨가하고 이를 30℃이하의 저온에서 중합시켜서 생성된 겔화이전의 저점도 액정상태의 예비중합체 용액을, 암모니아 용액 단독 또는 암모니아와 아미드계 용매의 혼합용매 또는 이들에 비양자성 용매가 혼합된 혼합용매와 동시에 방사 또는 압출분사시켜 높은 결정화도와 고유점도를 갖는 방향족 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속염은 중합용매 전체에 대해 0.1중량% 내지 30중량%로 첨가시켜서 되는 방향족 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속염은 CaCl₂, LiCl, KCl, NaCl중에서 선택되어지는 방향족 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 방향족 디에시드 클로라이드를 1차로 5중량% 내지 80중량%넣고, 2차로 20중량% 내지 95중량%로 분리하여 첨가시켜서 되는 방향족 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 액정상태의 예비중합체용액의 폴리머 함량은 중합용매에 대해서 5중량% 내지 30중량%인 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 폴리아미드섬유의 제조방법.
  6. 다음 구조식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 가지며 고유점도가 4.0이상인 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유.
    상기식(I),(II)에서 R1, R2, R3는
    이고, R1, R2와 R3는 서로 같거나 다를 수도 있으며, X는 H, Cl, Br, I, 페닐, 탄소수가 1∼4개인 알킬 또는 알콕시기, Y는 -CH2-, -O-,또는기이다.
