Claims (4)

  1. DC 입력을 스위칭하는 회로, 그 입력코일이 상기 회로의 스위칭동작으로부터 생기는 펄스에 의하여 구동되는 플라이백 변압기, 플라이백 변압기의 출력코일내에서 발생하는 플라백 전압을 정류하는 정류회로, 정류된 출력을 평활하게 하는 콘덴서 및 전압을 안정시키는 장치로 구성되어 있는 고압발생장치로서, 다이오드가 플라이백 변압기의 지면에 비하여 저전압측에 있는 출력코일의 일단자에 전기적으로 접속되어 있고, 상기 다이오드가 정류방향에 대하여 전방으로 위치할 수 있게 정하여져 있고, 전압안정용 장치가 DC 고압의 출력을 검출함으로써 얻는 전압검출용 신호에 근거하여, 상기 다이오드의 양극측에서 DC 고압의 출력을 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 방향으로 대지퍼텐셜을 제어하는 고압발생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평활콘덴서가 정류회로의 출력측과 다이오드이 양극측 사이에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 고압발생장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전압안정장치가 DC 고전압의 출력을 분할하는 저항 회로와 이 저항회로의 개별저항에 전기적으로 병렬접속되어 있는 콘덴서를 가진 결합장치에 의하여 DC 고전압의 출력을 검출하는 고전압발생장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 출력코일이 다수의 구간으로 분할되어 있고, 그 분활코일들이 다이오드를 거쳐 서로 전기적으로 직렬접속되어 있는 고압발생장치.
