Claims (2)

  1. 결합제의 하이드록실 그룹 및/또는 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노 그룹을 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 이중 차단된 트리이소시아네이트와 반응시킴으로써 가교결합가능한 그룹을 70 내지 100℃에서 바람직하게는 이소시아네이트에 대해 불활성인 유기용매의 존재하게 결합제로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 승온에서 자체-가교 결합(self-crosslinking)되는 음극적으로 침착가능한 페인트 결합제를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R은 디이소시아네이트로부터 유도된 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 라디칼이며, R1은 NCO 그룹이 압도적으로 상이한 반응성을 갖는 디이소시아네이트로 부터 유도된 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 리다칼이고, R2및 R3는 NCO 차단제의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1도에 따른 자체 가교결합성 페인트 결합제의, 음극적으로 침착가능한 전기회복(electrocoating) 페인트의 제형화를 위한 용도.
