  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는, 살진균하는데에 효과적인량의 화합물과 식물 병원성 진균을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 식물 병원성 진균을 제어하는 방법:
    상기식에서, X는 H, F, Cl, Br, I 또는 CF3이고 ; Y는 H, F, Cl, Br, I, CF3또는 CN이며 ; W는 CN 또는 NO2이고 ; A는 H ; 하나의 할로겐 치환제로 임의 치환된 하나의 벤질옥시, 1-3개의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된 하나의 페녹시, 1-3개의 할로겐 원자로 또는 C1-3알콕시 또는 C1-3알킬로 임의 치환된 하나의 페닐 또는 1-3개의 할로겐 원자, 하나의 히드록시, 하나의 C1-4알콕시 또는 하나의 C1-4알킬티오도 임의 치환된 C1-4알킬 ; C1-4카르브알콕시메틸 ; 1-3개의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된 C3-4알케닐 ; 시아노 ; 하나의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된 C3-4알케닐 ; 디-(C1-4알킬)아미노 카르보닐 ; 또는 C4-6시클로알킬아미노카르보닐이며 ; L은 H, F, Cl 또는 Br 이고 ; M과 R은 각각 독립적으로 H, C1-3알킬, C1-3알콕시, C1-3알킬티오, C1-3알키설피닐, C1-3알키설포닐, 시아노, F, Cl, Br, I, 니트로, CF3, R1CF2Z, R2CO 또는 NR3R4이며, M과 R이 근접한 위치상에서 탄소 원자에 부착되었을 때 이들은, MR이 -OCH2O-, OCF2O-또는를 나타내는 고리를 형성할 수 있으며 ; Z는 S(O)o또는 O이고 ; R1은 H, F, CHF2, CHFCl 또는 CF3이며 ; R2는 C1-3알킬, C1-3알콕시 , 또는 NR3R4이고 ; R3는 H 또는 C1-3알킬, 또는 R5CO이고 ; R5는 H 또는 C1-3알킬이며; R4는 H, C1-3알킬이며 ; n은 정수 0, 1 또는 2이고, 단, X 또는 Y 또는 둘다가 H일때는,

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실물 병원성 진균이 오이 노균병(露菌病), 토마토 고조병(枯凋病), 도열병, 밀잎 녹병, 사과 반점병, 포도 노균병, 밀 흰가루병 또는 토양전파성 질병에 대한 원인제인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물이 하기 일반식 :

  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는, 살진균하는데에 효과적인량의 화합물을 오이, 토마토, 사과, 포도, 밀, 벼와 같은 식물에 적용하는 것으로 구성되는, 오이 노균병, 토마토 고조병, 사과 반점병, 포도 노균병, 밀 흰가루병, 도열병 또는 밀잎녹병에 대한 원인제인 식물병원성 진균에 의한 공격으로부터 농작물을 보호하는 방법 :
