Claims (11)
- 실리카원료물질, 탄산나트륨 및 칼슘원료물질을 포함하는 배치물질로부터 유리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서: 나트륨실리케이트를 주성분으로 하는 생성물을 얻기에 충분한 시간동안 충분한 온도에서 적어도 일부의 실리카 원료물질을 제1영역에서 탄산나트륨과 접촉시키는 단계와: 탄산염이 거의 없는 칼슘원료를 상기 제1영역으로 부터의 상기 나트륨실리케이트와 접촉하도록 제2영역으로 공급하는 단계와;서로 접촉하고 있는 상기 물질들을 유리의 용융이 시작되도록 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소량의 상기 실리카원료물질을 상기 제1영역에서 상기 탄산나트륨과 접촉시키고, 다량의 상기 실리카원료 물질을 나트륨메타실리케이트와 접촉시키기 전에 예열하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다량의 상기 실리카원료물질중 적어도 일부를 칼슘원료중 적어도 일부와 접촉하는 동안 예열하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘원료가 탄산칼슘을 포함하고, 상기 실리카 원료중 일부와 접촉하고 있는 상기 칼슘원료의 예열은 상기 탄산칼슘을 거의 하소시킬 수 있는 온도에서 행하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘원료가 탄산칼슘을 포함하고, 이 탄산칼슘을 상기 나트륨실리케이트와 접촉하기 전에 거의 하소될 수 있도록 제3영역에서 가열하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하소처리에 필요한 열의 상당부분을 석탄을 연소시켜서 공급하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3영역을 연소에 의해 가열하고, 상기 제3영역으로 부터의 배기가스를 상기 제1영역으로 통과시키는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역을 연소에 의해 가열하고, 상기 제2영역으로 부터의 배기가스를 상기 제1영역으로 통과시키는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역에 공급되는 에너지의 대부분이 배기가스 형태인 유리의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역에서 필요한 거의 모든 에너지를 배기가스로 부터 회수된 열에 의해 공급하는 유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역을 연소해 의해 가열하고, 상기 제2영역으로 부터의 배기가스를 상기 제1영역으로 통과시키는 유리의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
