Description
본 발명은 전파흡수체에 관한 것으로 특히 각종 전자기기에서 전자스모그현상으로 발생되는 전파를 흡수하여 전파에 희하여 일어날 수 있는 각종 제반사항 즉 전파교란 기기 오동작을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 전파흡수체에 관한 것이다. 최근 각종 전자기기들이 광범위하게 보급되어 우리의 일상생활을 편리하게 해주는 이점이 있는 반면 대부분 집적회로를 사용하여 제작된 전자기기들은 전자스모그현상으로 발생되는 전파에 의하여 집적회로(IC)가 충격을 받아 기기들의 민감한 제어장치를 혼란시켜 기기가 오동작을 하게 됨으로써 인명에 손상을 주는 등의 부작용이 날로 증가되고 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 뿐만 아니라 이들 전자기기들로부터 발생되는 전파가 무선을 교란시켜 국제공항의 관제탑 통신을 마비시키거나 인공위성과의 교신을 방해하는 등의 피해도 있었으며 또한 어린이 놀이터에서 전자장치를 이용한 놀이기기의 안전장치를 교란시켜 놀이기기들끼리 충돌하는 참사가 발생한 적도 있었다. 따라서 상기와 같은 여러가지 피해들을 미연에 방지하기 위하여 최근 선진국에서는 전자기기의 제어장치 주변이나 빌딩의 벽면에 전파흡수체를 부착함으로써 전자스모그현상 또는 전파반사에 의하여 발생되는 전파의 공해를 막고 있는 실정이다.In addition, the radio waves from these electronic devices disturb the radios, paralyzing the control tower communication at the international airport, and interfering with the communication with satellites. 따라서 종래에는 전파의 공해를 막기위하여 지지재(binder)에 카본과 같은 도전체를 넣거나 페라이트와 같는 자성체를 넣어 전파를 흡수하도록 하였으나 전자의 경우 도전손실을 이용하여 만든 전파흡수체로써 대역폭은 전파습수체의 두께가 두꺼워짐에 따라 증가하기도 하지만 그 증가되는 폭이 적은 것이 결접이 되었고 후자의 경우 자성손실을 이용하여 만든 전파습수체로서 어떤 종류의 페라이트분말을 사용하던간에 전파습수체 두께는 거의 동일한 2.5-3mm이며 이때의 반사감쇠량 20dB의 대역폭은 300-500MHZ 로서 9.4GHZ, X-band 사용 대역폭이 거의 고정되는 커다란 결점을 가지고 있었다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 결점을 해소하기 위하여 지지재에 도전체인 카본과 자성체인 레라이트분말을 소정비율로 혼입하여 전파습수체를 구성함으로써 폭넓은 전파를 흡수할 수 있게 한 것으로 이하 실시예 1,2에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Therefore, conventionally, in order to prevent the pollution of radio waves, a conductor such as carbon or a magnetic material such as ferrite is absorbed in a support material to absorb radio waves, but in the case of the former, a radio wave absorber made of a conductive loss using a bandwidth.
