본 고안은 전선접속구에 관한 것으로, 특히 배선공간이 좁은곳에서 전선을 굽히지 않고 곧바로 배선시킬수 있는 개량된 전선접속구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 개발된 전선접속구는 제1도의 구조로써, 전선접속구(1)의 몸체(1a)와 압착단자(2)의 전선 접속구멍(2a)이 몸체와 일직선으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기한 압착단자(2)에 전선을 삽입하고 압착시킨 다음, 설치 장소의 접속편(4)에 스크류(5)로 나사식으로 고정하여 사용하여왔다.
그러므로, 제2도와 같이 배선공간이 좁은 곳에서 전선접속구를 사용하여 배선을 할 경우에는 전선을 적당한 거리에서 일부를 변경"R"만큼 굽혀 주어야만 하였고, 전선을 2가닥을 동시에 배선시킬 경우나 사용 전선이 굵은 것일 수록 많은 공수와 배선에 어려움이 뒤따르고, 무리한 작업이 되어서 전선에 손상을 줄 염려가 있다.
따라서, 본 고안은 목적은 상기한 바와 같은 결함을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 고안의 특정적인 구조는 전선 접속구의 몸체와 압착단자와 전선접속구멍이 수직으로된 것이다.
이하 본 고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부한 도면을 참고로 양호한 실시예를 상술하면 아래와 같다.
제3도에서, 본 고안의 양호한 실시예에 의한 전선접속구(1)는 체결공(3)을 갖는 전선접속구의 몸체(1a)에 압착단자(2)의 전선 접속구멍(2a)을 몸체와 수직으로 형성하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 전선접속구(1)는 제4도에 도시된 바와 같이 적당한 거리에서 전선접속구를 사용하므로써, 전선을 굽히지 않고 질서있게 배전할 수가 있고, 종래와 같이 전선굽힘 작업시에 절연 피복에 손상을 줄 염려가 없으며, 하나의 접속편(4)에 압착단자 2개를 동시에 연결할 때는 하나는 위에서 다른 하나는 아래에서 맞대어 동시에 결속시킬 수 있으며, 배선다발이 커질 경우에도 배선정리가 쉽고 용이하며, 전선에 무리한 힘을 가하지 않고서도 작업이 수월하다.
특히, 본 고안의 전선접속구는 배선용 차단기의 2차측에 전선을 2중으로 접속시킬 때나, 가역전자 접촉기의 전원측이나 부하측에 연결시킬 때, 배전실의 부하단자와 단자대를 연결할때나 분전반 등의 배선에 보다 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.
