Claims (20)

  1. 수화가능하고, 경화가능한 결합제, 섬유질 성분, 점토 프릴 집괴물 및 공기 연행제를 포함하고, 물 첨가시 펌프가능하고 분무 가능하며 경화 가능한 슬러리를 형성할 수 있는 내화성 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수화성 결합제 약 45 내지 약 75중량%, 섬유질 성분 약 4 내지 7중량%, 점토 프릴 집괴물 약 20 내지 약 50중량% 및 균일하게 발포된 슬러리를 제공하기 위하여 충분한 공기 연행제를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수화성 결합제가 석고를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수화성 결합제가 포틀랜드 시멘트를 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 성분이 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 성분이 절단된 유리 연속 필라멘트를 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 성분이 절단된 유리 연속 필라멘트와 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴 집괴물이 거의 구형인 점토프릴을 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴의 거의 모두가 (-8) 메쉬 크기인 조성물.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴의 가로세로비가 약 3 : 1 내지 1 :1인 조성물.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴의 밀도가 약 3 내지 15lb/ft3인 조성물.
  12. a) 수화가능하고 경화 가능한 결합제, 점토 프릴 집괴물, 섬유질 성분 및 공기 연행제를 함유하는 펌프 가능하고 분무 가능한 수성 슬러리를 제공하고, b) 상기 슬러리를 분무 수단에 펌프하고, c) 상기 슬러리를 상기 구조물에 분무하는 것을 포함하는 구조물의 내화법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 석고를 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 포틀랜드 시멘트를 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴 집괴물이 낮은 가로세로비의 점토 프릴을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점토 프릴 집괴물이 약 3:1 내지 1: 1.1의 가로세로비를 갖는 점토 프릴을 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 성분이 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 성분이 절단된 유리연속 필라멘트를 포함하는 방법.
  19. 건조 중량 기준으로 석고 62%, 낮은 가로세로비의 점토 프릴 32%, 셀룰로오스 섬유 5.5%, 유리 섬유 0.3% 및 α- 올레핀 술폰산 나트륨 공기 연행제 0.1%를 포함하고 충분한 물과 혼합되어 펌프 가능하고 분무가능한 슬러리를 형성하는 분무 가능하고 경화 가능한 내화성 플라스터 슬러리.
  20. 제 1 항의 조성물로 피복된 구조물로 주로 구성된 내화성 구조물 조립체.
