Claims (6)

  1. 안정화제로서 유당을 함유하고 항생제로서 로도마이시논 6탄당 또는 로도마이시논 4탄당을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 세포증식 억제성 안트라사이클린 항생제가 안정화된 건식 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a) 안트라사이클린 항생제가 로도루비신 또는 시토로딘이고, b) 건식제제가 동결건조물 또는 분무 건조물이며, c) 건식제제에 추가로 pH-조절제가 함유되는 조건 중 적어도 하나를 갖추는 건식 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 로도루비신 또는 시토로딘 A를 함유하고 동결 건조물인 건식제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주사 용액의 제조를 위한 안정화된 건식 제제.
  5. 안트라사이클린 항생제를 유당과 건식 혼합시키거나, 통상의 용액을 제조하고 이어서 동격건조 또는 분무 건조시켜 건식 제제를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 건식 제제의 제조방법.
  6. 주사용액을 제조하기 위한 제1항에 따른 건식 제제의 용도.
