제2도는 초전도체의 하소 및 소결후 노에서 꺼낼때의 노내온도와 전기저항이 영으로 되는 온도의 선도.

Claims (1)

  1. 초전도성 분말을 평량하여 혼합한 후 하소 및 냉각하고 가압성형후 소결 및 냉각하여 초전도체를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 하소 및 소결후 초전도체 소재를 노내에서 서서히 냉각하며 노내온도가 300℃에이르면 초전도체 소재를 노에서 꺼내어 공기중에서 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 초전도체 제조방법.
