고강도 습식 부직포 및 이의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 부직포를 구성하는 섬유의 엉킴상태를 나타내는 부직포 표면의 상태도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 단일 섬유 직경 D가 7∼25㎛이고 섬유 길이 L과 단일 섬유 직경 D사이의 비율 L/D가 0.8×103∼2.0×103인 스태플 섬유로 구성되고, 상기 스태플 섬유가 3차원 상태로 엉켜져 있음을 특징으로 하는 고강도 습식 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 엉킴 지점의 평균 간격이 300㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 스태플 섬유는 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아마이드 섬유, 폴리아크릴계 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 및 재생 섬유로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 섬유임을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 영 율(Young's modulus)이 50kg/mm2∼700kg/mm2임을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
  5. 제1∼3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층간 박리 강도가 1kg/cm 이상임을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
  6. 단일 섬유 직경 D가 7∼25㎛이고 섬유 길이 L과 단일 섬유 직경 D사이의 비율 L/D가 0.8×103∼2.0×103인 스태플 섬유로부터 쉬트를 제조하고, 이 쉬트에 고속 유체류를 적용시킴으로써 쉬트 내의 스태플 섬유를 3차원 상태로 엉키게 함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 습식 부직포의 제조 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전술한 고속 유체류가 주상 수류이고, 수류의 압력이 20kg/cm2∼200kg/cm2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
