Claims (14)

  1. 중합체 미립자의 20%미만이 5미크론 이상의 평균직경을 가짐을 특징으로하고, 또한 총 고체함량이 60%일때, 25℃에서 3번 굴대를 사용하여 50RPM에서 측정한 브룩필드 점도가 1000센티포이즈 미만임을 특징으로하는, 아미노 플라스트수지를 포함하는 반응물의 자가 축합 중합성 생성물(이 중합성 생성물은 아크릴 중합체가 거의 없는 반응물로 부터 제조한다)의 안정한 비수성 미립자 분산액.
  2. 중합체 미립자의 20%미만이 5미크론 이상의 평균 직경을 가짐을 특징으로하고, 또한 총 고체함량이 60%일때, 25℃에서 3번 굴대를 사용하여 50RPM에서 측정한 브룩필드 점도가 1000센티포이즈 미만임을 특징으로하는, 아미노플라스트 수지 및 하이드록실 함유 물질을 포함하는 반응물의 중합성 반응생성물(이 중합성 반응생성물은 아크릴 중합체가 거의 없는 반응물로 부터 제조한다)의 안정한 비수성 미립자 분산액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자의 20%미만이 1미크론이상의 평균직경을 갖는 미립자분산액.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자의 평균직경이 약 0.05미크론 내지 0.5미크론의 범위에 있는 미립자분산액.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 중합성 반응 생성물이 각 미립자내에 함유되어 있고, 비수성 매질이 용해된 중합체가 거의 없는 분산액.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 30%이하의 용해된 중합체를 함유하는 분산액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 비수성 매질이 15%이하의 용해된 중합체를 함유하는 분산액.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 물질이 폴리올인 분산액.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올을 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 폴리우레탄 폴리올로 부터 선택하는 분산액.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자가 교차결합된 것인 분산액.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자가 비교차 결합된 것인 분산액.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 반응물이 중합체의 반응물 총 중량을 기준으로 약 30중량%이하의 아크릴 중합체를 함유하는 분산액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 반응물이 약 20중량%이하의 아크릴중합체를 함유하는 분산액.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 반응물이 약 10중량%이하의 아크릴중합체를 함유하는 분산액.
