Claims (3)

  1. 3-10phr의 저분자 극성 가소제와 4-20phr의 내충격 개질제를 병용하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 미발포 표면층이 두껍고 광택, 스크레이치 내성 및 내충격성이 우수한 경질 폴리염화비닐 구조 발포체를 단순 압출법으로 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저분자 극성 가소제로 프탈레이트류, 세바케이트류 또는 아디페이트류를 사용하고, 내충격 개질제로 메타크릴산-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 및 비닐아세테이트-부타디엔-스티렌공중합체를 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미발포 표면층의 두께가 0.5mm이상인 방법.
