Claims (5)
- 제1단면 유동 면적의 출구를 갖는 개스 전달관, 상기 제1단면 유동면적 보다 큰 제2단면 유동면적의 입구를 가지고, 상기 전달관 출구의 하류에 이격되고 그리고 내부에 촉매 베드를 포함하는 수용관, 및 상기 출구를 상기 입구에 연결하는 유동 표면을 갖는 디퓨저를 한정하는 중간관을 포함하는 촉매 전환 시스템에 있어서, 상기 디퓨저 유동표면은 이 유동 표면의 매끈하게 파동하는 부분을 형성하도록 다수의 하류로 연장되며, 교대하는 인접한 U형 골과 마루를 포함하고, 상기 파동하는 부분은 웨이브형상의 출구 가장자리로서 종결되고, 상기 골과 마루는 상기 전달관에서 0깊이와 높이로 시작하여 상기 웨이브형 가장자리에서 최대 깊이와 높이로 증가하고, 상기 골과 마루는 각각의 골이 한쌍의 큰 스케일의 반대로 회전하는 소용돌이를 발생시키도록 치수의 형상이 형성되고, 각각의 소용돌이는 상기 하류방향으로 연장되는 축을 중심으로 회전 하고, 상기 웨이브형 가장자리에는 단면 유동면적의 단계적 증가가 있고 그리고 상기 웨이브형 출구 가장자리는 상기 촉매 베드로부터 상류에 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 베드는 모놀리식 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골 각각은 하류방향에 대해 약 5°이하의 경사를 갖는 하류로 연장된 플로어를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 마루 각각은 상기 하류 방향에 실질상 평행하게 하류로 연장되는 피이크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전달관 출구는 원형이며 상기 수용관 입구는 원형이고, 그리고 상기 골의 깊이 치수는 상기 타원형 입구의 장축에 실질한 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전환 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
