Claims (17)

  1. 알콕시화 디에틸톨루엔디아민을 포함하는 가교제 시스템을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올, 및 가교제 시스템을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포움 포뮬레이션.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시화 디에닐톨루엔디아민이 1 내지 25중량%의 폴리올중에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포뮬레이션.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 약 300 내지 15,000의 분자량을 지닌 중합체 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 포뮬레이션.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시화 디에틸톨루엔디아민이 에톡시화 또는 프로폭시화 디에틸톨루엔디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 포뮬레이션.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에톡시화 또는 프로폭시화 디에틸톨루엔디아민 중의 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 단위의 평균수가 1.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 포뮬레이션.
  6. 디에틸톨루엔디아민 1목당 1.5 내지 2.5몰의 알콕시기를 가지는 알콕시화 디에틸톨루엔디아민을 포함하는 연질 폴리우레탄 시스템을 제조하는데 적합한 가교제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 디에틸톨루엔디아민 유도체가 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 디에틸톨루엔디아민 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시화 알킬화 톨루엔디아민 유도체가 디에틸톨루엔디아민의 에톡시화 또는 프로폭시화 유도체이며, 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌단위의 평균수는 1.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  9. 디에틸 톨루엔디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물의 가교재를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 약 300 내지 15,000의 분자량을 지니는 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 알콕시화 방향족 디아민 가교제를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 시스템의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기가교제가 1 내지 15중량%의 디에틸톨루엔디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 10항에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌 옥사이드가 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드이며, 평균 단위수는 디에틸톨루엔디아민 1몰당 1.5 내지 2.5몰의 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 하기 일반식으로 표기되는 디에틸톨루엔디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 유도체를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 시스템의 제조에 유용한 가교제.
    3 및 5위치에 이틸기(Et)를 지닌 디에틸톨루엔 디아민(2,4- 및 2,6-이성체) 상기식에서, R은 H 또는 CH3-이고, a, b, c 및 d는 이들의 합이 1 내지 15이고, 바람직하게는 a, b, c 및 d의 합이 1.5 내지 2.5이고, 아민기는 2,4- 및 2,6- 위치에 존재한다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 정수 a, b, c 및 d의 합이 1 내지 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 R이 H인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 R이 CH3-인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 정수 a, b, c 및 d의 합이 1.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 정수 a, b, c 및 d의 합이 1.5 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 가교제.
