Claims (10)

  1. 기계에 의하여 가공되거나 가공되지 아니한 도관, 파이프, 기계장치의 출구연결관 및 기타 유사물을 연결시키기 위한 신속연결부재로서, 그 몸체가 베이스(1)와 중앙통로가 제공된 중심잡기ㆍ안내중앙부재가 있고, 베이스상에 장착된 원통형연결헤드(2)로 구성되어 있는 연결부재에 있어서, 연결헤드(2)가 그 원통형외피와 중심잡기ㆍ안내부재 사이에, 표면의 상태와는 관계없이 도관의 내측면 또는 외측면에 눌려 주변접촉을 함으로써 연결될 도관의 단부와 밀폐될 수 있도록 압력하에 있는 조정유체를 공급하는 공기실(15)을 형성하고 내부공간의 범위를 한정하는 베이스(1)상에 장착된 환상의 팽창성 조인트(14)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신속연결부재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 베이스에 그 전면에 있는 중앙통로 둘레에 이 중앙통로에 대하여 동심의 환상돌기부가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신속연결부재.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 환상의 팽창성조인트(14)에 내측주변숄더와 외측주변숄더가 달린 원형베이스가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신속연결부재.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항에 있어서, 환상의 팽창성조인트가 환상돌기부상에 장착되어 있고, 그 숄더가 상기 돌기부의 양측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신속연결부재.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(2)에 베이스의 전면주변에 나사로 죄어붙이는 외피가 포함되어 있고, 중심잡기ㆍ안내부재(16)가 베이스의 중앙홈내에 나사로 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 중심잡기ㆍ안내부재(16)에 가느다란 홈이 파인 외측주변숄더(21)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 헤드의 외피에 그 베이스에 인접하여 가느다란 홈이 파인 내측숄더(20)가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 베이스를 형성하는 팽창성조인트(14)의 하부숄더에 2개의 동심밀폐링(24,25)이 제공되어 있고, 이 밀폐링들은 베이스와 제1밀폐링용의 중심잡기ㆍ안내부재(16)의 숄더 사이 및 베이스와 제2밀폐링용의 헤드(2)외피의 숄더(20) 사이에 각각 들어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 조인트(14)가 그 외측면에 의하여 헤드(2)외피의 내측면과 접촉함으로써 그 내측면과 중앙안내부재(16) 쪽으로 향한 외측면 사이에 연결된 도관의 단부를 수용하는 공간(26)의 범위를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 조인트(14)가 그 내측면에 의하여 중앙안내부재(16)의 외측면과 접촉함으로써 그 외측면과 헤드(2) 외피쪽으로 향한 내측면 사이에 연결된 도관의 단부를 수용하는 공간(3)의 범위를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부재.
