Claims (14)
- 분자량이 최소한 1000인 이미노-기능 화합물 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물을 화학양론적인 양보다 과량의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 얻은 생성물인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성물이 원자가 70개 이상인 사슬로 분리된 잔기를 함유하는 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하고 최소한 하나의 잔기가 원자수가 2-30인 분리된 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트그룹을 함유하는 것으로 구성되는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 잔기를 함유하는 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹이 원자가 100 이상인 사슬로 분리된 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 기본적으로 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹이 잔기당 최소한 2개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔기를 갖는 생성물로 이루어진 캇폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미노-기능 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물과 반응하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미노-기능 화합물이 분자당 최소한 하나의 이소시아네이트-반응성 이미노 그룹을 함유하며 다음 일반식을 따르는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.식중, X,Y 및 Z은 한데 뭉뚱그려 상기 화합물의 나머지 부분을 이루는 화학적 부분이며 이들은 각각 N,C,O,S,Si, 또는 p를 통해 상기 화합물의 이미노 단위 : C=N-에 붙어있는 유리라디칼과 수소로 부터 선택되고 상기 이미노 단위의 중앙 탄소원자는 3개의 원자에 연결된다.
- 제1항 부터 제5항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엔아민-함유 화합물이 다음 구조식을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 :식중, 각각의 A,B,D,E,G,J 및 L은 독립적으로 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소라디칼이며 A,B 및 D의 어떤 것은 독립적으로, E,G,J,L중 어떤 것은 임의로 함께 결합하여 하나 이상의 탄소환식 또는 복소환식 고리를 만든다.
- 제6항 부터 제7항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이민- 또는 엔아민-함유 화합물이 분자량이 2000-8000사이이고 평균 기능도가 약 2- 약 4인 이민- 또는 엔아미노-기능 폴리에테르인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학양론적인 양보다 과량인 유기폴리이소시아네이트 및 : i) 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 기능도가 최소한 1.1이고 평균 분자량이 최소한 1000인 이미노-기능 및/또는 엔아민-함유 화합물, ii) 평균 하이드록실 기능도가 최소한 2이고 평균 하이드록실 상당량이 약 500-약 5000인 중합체 폴리올의 반응 생성물로 이루어지는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올이 평균 하이드록실 기능도가 2 또는 3이고 평균 하이드록실 상당량이 1000-3000인 폴리에테르 폴리올인 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
- 반응 사출 성형된 탄성중합체를 만드는데 사용하기 위한 (A) 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 및 (B) 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분으로 구성된 반응 시스템.
- 밀도가 10-400kg/㎥인 폼을 생산하는데 사용하기 위한 (A) 제1항에서의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물, (B) 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분 및 (C) 발포제로 구성된 반응 시스템.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, (A) 화학양론적인 양보다 과량의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 (i) 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 기능도가 최소한 1.1이고 평균 분자량이 100인 이미노-기능 및/또는 엔아민-함유 화합물; (ii) 평균 하이드록실 상당량이 약 500- 약 5000인 중합체 폴리올; 의 반응 생성물로 구성된 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 및 (B) 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 성분으로 구성된 반응 시스템.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, (A), 분자량이 최소한 1000인 이미노-기능 또는 엔아민 함유 화합물을 화학양론적인 양보다 과량인 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 만들어진 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 및 (B)(i)(a) 기능도가 약 1.8- 약 3.0이고 평균 분자량이 약 100- 약 400인 방향족처럼 결합된 1차 및/또는 2차 아민을 가지며 폴리아민의 최소한 50몰%가 디아민인 0-100%의 방향족 폴리아민, (b) 한 분자당 약 1.1- 약 3의 이소시아네이트-반응성 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 1000 미만인 100-0%의 이미노- 및/또는 엔아미노-기능 지방족 화합물로 구성된 사슬확장제와, (ii) 분자당 평균 이소시아네이트-반응성 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 그룹 약 1.1-5를 갖고 평균 분자량이 1000- 약 10,000이며 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 그룹이 폴리에테르내의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹의 최소한 50몰%를 이루고 상기 이미노- 및/또는 엔아미노-기능 폴리에테르의 최소한 50몰%가 분자당 2 이상의 이미노 및/또는 엔아민 그룹을 함유하는 이미노 및/또는 엔아미노-기능 폴리에테르로 구성된 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물로 이루어진 반응 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
