Claims (2)

  1. 2중 실관 반응기의 실관과 외관 사이에 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60을 접종한 후 실관 내부로 액체 배지를 주입하고 외관 외부로 산소를 공급하여 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60을 고농도로 배양하고 이어서 외관 외부로 산소를 공급하면서 실관 내부로 NH4NO3가 결핍된 상기 액체 배지를 공급하는 2중 실관 반응기에 의한 구연산의 연속생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 삼방밸브에 의하여 액체 배지의 공급 방향을 교대로 변경하여 반응기내 아스퍼질러스 나이저 B 60의 고농도를 균일하게 하는 2중 실관 반응기에 의한 구연산의 연속생산방법.
