Claims (10)
- 광선을 접속하는 제1광학기들로 구성되고, 상기 광선은 상기 광학기 입구에 적어도 대체로 원형인 단면을 제공하고, 광선 본래의 특징들로 인해, 상기 제1집광기들의 상 촛점에 타원형 단면을 제공하는 형태의 광선을 발산할 수 있는 광원과 표적 사이에 배성되어지는 광학 시스템에 있어서, 상기 제1광학기들의 하류방향으로 상기 광선의 진행 방향을 따라, 상기 제1집광기들의 상촛점내에 배설되어 있고 상기 상 촛점 내에서 상기 광선의 단면적의 가변 부분을 제거할 수 있는 제1장치, 및 제2집광기들로 구성되어, 상기 시프템의 상 공간 내에서 상기 표적과 상기 광학 시스템과의 임의의 상애 변위에 대해, 상기 장치에 의해 제거되는 면적을, 표적 높이에서의 상기 공간 내에서 적어도 대체로 원형으로 잔류하는 광선의 단면을 얻을 수 있도록 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 대체로 장방형 단면의 광선을 발산하는 상기 광원과 상기 제1집광기들 사이에 상기 광선이 상기 광원을 출발할때 적어도 대체로 원형 단면을 따라 다이아프래밍시키는 제2장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2장치가 적어도 상기 제1집광기들의 대물 촛점내에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2집광기들이, 상기 제1장치에 대해, 상기 제2광학기들의 촛점 거리의 적어도 2배와 동일한 거리에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1장치는, 자체의 개구부가 광선의 전달 방향에 대해 횡간하여 배설된 슬로트의 형태로 되어 있고 자체의 폭은 0과 상기 제1장치의 위치의 광선의 최대 타원형 단면 치수 사이에서 변화하게 되는 다이아프램에 의해 구성되어 있고, 상기 시프템은 상기 다이아프램과 상기 시스템의 나머지 부분 사이를 광선의 전달 방향에 대해 횡간하여 상대 변위시키는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광선의 폭이 연속적으로 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 변위 장치가 상기 다이아프램과 관련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2장치가 광원을 출발하는 광선의 최소 단면 치수와 적어도 대체로 동일한 직경의 원형 개구부를 갖는 다이아프램에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2집광기들이 동일촛점 거리를 갖는 렌즈들인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 시스템.
- 각막의 대역을 제거함으로써 눈의 각막의 곡률의 일부분을 반경방향으로 두께가 변하는 렌즈형의 판으로 수정하며, 약 0.2 마이크로미터의 파장의 광선을 발산하여 각막질을 광분해시킬 수 있는 광원으로 구성되는 외과용 장치에 있어서, 상기 광선을 제거햐야 하는 각막의 상기 대역 상으로 향하게 하고 상기 대역의 일부분 상에, 전체의 상기 각막 대역으로 주사할 수 있도록 되어있는 광점을 형성시키는 제1항의 광학 시스템으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
