Claims (8)
- 디이젤엔진의 배기통로에 동 디이젤엔진의 배기가스속에 함유되는 미립자를 포집하는 미립자트랩을 착설하고, 동 미립자트랩을 내부에 수용하는 캐닝용기를 장착하고, 상기 미립자트랩의 상류쪽에 있어서 상기 캐닝용기내에 상기 포집된 미립자를 착화연소시키는 고온의 배기가스를 얻는 전기히이터를 배설하고, 동 전기히이터의 상류쪽에 있어서 상기 캐닝용기내에 상기 전기히이터의 복사열을 흡수하여 이 열을 상기 캐닝용기의 상류쪽으로부터 상기 미립자트랩으로 유입하는 배기가스에 방출하는 전열변환소자를 정착한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔지의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열변환소자가 다수의 배기가스통로의 집합체에 의해서 형성되고, 상기 전열변환소자의 하부쪽에 형성되는 상기 집합체의 단위 단면적당의 상기 배기가스통로부단면적(공극률(메시))이 상부쪽에 형성되는 상기 집합체의 단위 단면적당의 상기 배기가스 통로부단면적(공극률(메시))보다 크게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전열변환소자가 세라믹다공질체를 벌집구조 형상으로 형성된 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열변환소자가 다수가 배기가스통로를 가진 세라믹다공질체로 이루어지고, 또 상기 전열변환소자가 2개의 단면반원형의 것을 아래위로 조합하여 일체화하여 구성되고, 하부의 세라믹다공질체에 의해 형성되는 단위단 면적당의 상기 배기가스통로부의 단면적(공극률(메시))를 상부의 세라믹다공질체에 의해 형성되는 단위단면적당의 상기 배기가스통로부의 단면적(공급률(메시))보다 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전열변환소자가 세라믹다공질체의 가는 선을 무질서한 상태로 절곡해서 맞포개어 형성되고, 충분히 통기성을 유지함과 동시에 전체적으로 소정의 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐닝용기의 상류쪽에 절환밸브를 착설하여 상기 캐닝용기를 바이패스하는 분기관을 형성하고, 상기 캐닝용기의 입구부의 근처에 에어펌프로부터 토출되는 공기의 분출구를 형성하고, 상기 절환밸브의 하류쪽의 배기통로에 압력센서를 착설하고, 또 상기 압력센서에 의해서 소정치 이상의 압력을 검지하였을 때 상기 미립자를 연소시키기 위하여 상기 에어펌프를 구동하고 상기 히이터에 통전하여 상기 절환밸브를 절환하여서 배기가스를 바이패스시키는 제어회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자트랩이 통형상의 필터이며, 동필터가 동심형상으로 서로 미소한 간극을 감지고 감합하는 복수개의 필터편으로 형성되고, 각 필터편의 상기 미소한 간극의 적어도 길이방향에 따르는 양단부에 탄성지지부재를 개재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 필터가 중심부를 형성하는 막대형상의 중심필터편과, 동 중심필터편에 미소한 간극을 가지고 겉에 끼워지는 중간필터편과, 동중간필터편에 미소한 간극을 가지고 겉에 끼워지는 바깥쪽 필터편과의 3개의 동심형상을 이루는 필터편에 의해서 형성되고, 이들 각각의 필터편은 다수의 배기가스통로를 가진 세라믹다공질체로 구성되고, 또 상기 각 미소한 간극에는 필터의 전체길이에 걸쳐서 각각 상기 탄성지지부재가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤엔진의 배기정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
