Claims (8)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐환 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소를 나타내거나, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐 및 아르알킬로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 임의 치환된 라디칼을 나타내고, R2는 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알케닐, 아르알킬, 아릴, 알콕시, 알케닐옥시 및 알키닐옥시로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 임의 치환된 라디칼을 나타내거나, R1및 R2는, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 헤테로원자를 추가로 함유할 수 있고 벤조원자단이 융합될 수 있는 임의 치환된 포화 또는 불포화 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼을 형성하며, X는 N 또는 원자단 C-X1(여기서 X1은 할로겐을 나타낸다)을 나타내고, Y는 N 또는 원자단 C-Y1(여기서, Y1은 불소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타낸다)을 나타내며, 단 X 또는 Y는 각각의 경우에 N을 나타내지만, X와 Y는 둘다 동시에 N을 나타내지는 않는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소를 나타내거나, 불소, 염소, 시아노 또는 C1-4알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-8알킬을 나타내거나, 불소 및/또는 염소에 의해 임의로 치환된 C2-8알케닐을 나타내거나, C2-8알키닐을 나타내거나, 벤질을 나타내고, R2는 불소, 염소, 시아노 또는 C1-4알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-8알킬을 나타내거나, 불소 및/또는 염소에 의해 임의로 치환된 C2-8알케닐을 나타내거나, C2-8알키닐을 나타내거나, 염소 및/또는 C1-3알킬에 의해 임의로 치환된 C3-6사이클로알킬을 나타내거나, C5- 또는 C6-사이클로알케닐을 나타내거나, 불소, 염소 및/또는 C1-4알킬에 의해 임의로 치환된 벤질을 나타내거나, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 시아노, 니트로, C1-4알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-4알콕시 및/또는 C1-4알킬티오에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내거나, C1-4알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-8알콕시를 나타내거나, C3-4알케닐옥시를 나타내거나, R1및 R2는, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함게, 1 내지 3개의 C1-3알킬 라디칼에 의해 임의로 치환되고 임의로 벤조-융합된 포화 또는 불포화 5원 내지 7원 질소 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼을 형성하며, X는 N또는 원자단 C-X1(여기서, X1은 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타낸다)을 나타내고, Y는 N 또는 원자단 C-Y1(여기서, Y1은 불소 또는 브롬을 나타낸다)을 나타내며, 단 X 또는 Y는 각각의 경우에 N을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C1-8알킬, 알릴 또는 프로파길을 나타내고, R2는 C1-6알킬, C1-2알콕시 -C1-2알킬, 알릴, 프로파길, 사이플로펜틸, 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥세닐 또는 벤질을 나타내거나, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 시아노, 니트로, 메틸 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시 또는 에톡시에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐을 나타내거나, C1-2알콕시 또는 C1-2알콕시 -C1-2알콕시를 나타내거나, R1및 R2, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 1 내지 3개의 메틸 및/또는 에틸 라디칼에 의해 임의로 치환된 피페리디닐을 나타내거나, 1 또는 2개의 메틸 및/또는 에틸 라디칼에 의해 임의로 치환된 피롤리디닐을 나타내거나, 퍼하이드로아제피닐을 나타내거나, 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로 퀴놀리닐을 나타내며, X는 N 또는 원자단 C-X1(여기서, X1은 염소를 나타낸다)을 나타내고, Y는 N 또는 원자단 C-Y1(여기서, Y1은 브롬을 나타낸다)을 나타내며, 단 X 또는 Y는 각각의 경우에 N을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드.
  4. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 티아디아졸 유도체를, 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하, 경우에 따라 산 결합제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 촉매의 존재하에 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 하이드록시아세트아미드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, X,Y,R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, Z는 이핵성 이탈기이다.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
  6. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드를 바람직하지 못한 식물 또는 이의 환경에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 바람직하지 못한 식물 성장을 억제하는 방법.
  7. 식물 성장을 억제하기 위한, 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드의 용도.
  8. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 할로겐화 티아디아졸릴-옥시아세트아미드를 중량제 및/또는 계면 활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 제초제를 제조하는 방법.
