Claims (1)

  1. 전자레인지(1) 가열실(3) 저면에 지름에 비해 깊지 않은 깊이를 갖는 요입부(3-1)를 구성하고, 마그네트론(2)에서 발생되는 고주파를 가열실(3)내로 유도 안내하는 도파관(4)의 형상을 중공의 계단형으로 하여 마그네트론 안테나(2-1)가 삽입되는 직상부에 소정의 고를 갖는 스터브(4-1)와 가열실측으로는 하향으로 돌출되는 그 높이가 점차 길어지는 원추 형상의 융출부(4-2),(4-3)을 구성시키고, 가열실(3)의 상판(5)에는 상향으로 돌출되는 융출면(5-1)을 구성하여 그 면상에 안테나로부터 소정거리가 되는 지점에 서로 다른 폭을 갖는 수 개의 개구부(5-1A),(5-1B),(5-1C),(5-1D)를 종,횡의 교차방향으로 구비하여서 된 전자레인지의 고주파 분산장치.
