Claims (9)

  1. 열경화성수지, 고온경화성 엘라스토머 또는 두꺼운 중합체필름으로 이루어지는 재료 또는 제품을, 퍼플루오로알킬말단기를 가지며 120℃ 내지 270℃의 평균 비점범위를 가지고 가교에 필요한 온도에 상응하는 상업적 형태의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르의 포화된 증기로 가열함으로써 수행되는, 열경화성수지, 고온 경화성 엘라스토머 또는 두꺼운 중합체 필름을 가교하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르가 1) X 가 -F, -CF3이고, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬을 따라 통계적으로 분포하는 (CS3F6O) ; 4)X가 -FC, -CF3이고, 퍼플루올포리에테르 사슬을 따라 통계적으로 분포하는 (C3F6O), (C2F4O),(CFXO) ; 5)퍼플루오로폴리에테르 사슬을 따라 통계적으로 하는(C2F4O), (CF2O) ; 6)(C2F4O) ; 7)같거나 다른 X 와 Y 가 H 또는 F인 (CXYCF2CF2O) ; 8) Rf가 F 또는 퍼프루오로알킬인
    의 치환단위로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상업적형태의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르가, ASTM D.1078에 따라 측정했을 때 비등범위 12℃인 화학적으로 유사한 화합물의 혼합물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 분말화된 금속이 첨가된 에폭시수지를 경화하는데 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체 및 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 터어폴리머와 같은 엘라스토머를 경화하는데 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 비니리덴 플루오라이드 공중합체와 같은 플루오로 엘라스토머를 경화하는데 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 두꺼운 중합체 필름을 경화하는데 사용되는 방법.
  8. 상기항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법.
  9. 제 3항에 있어서, 이차 증기가 트리크로로트리플루오로 에틸렌이고, 크로로플루오로 하이드로 카본형태의 불소화된 이차 증기가 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
