Claims (5)
- 직류스위칭회로용 전류제한 전력제어기에 있어서, 직류전력원과 부하(14)간의 제1회로브랜치내에서 상기 전력원을 공급하도록 접속된 제1 및 제2전극과 제3제어전극을 갖는 제1고체스위칭 및 증폭장치(Q1)와; 상기 제1장치를 상기 전력원으로부터 부하전류 흐름에 의해 결정되는 도전레벨로 구동하는 수단(16)과; 상기 전력원과 부하사이의 제1스위칭장치와 병렬로 접속되고, 상기 제1스위칭장치의 전압이 제1소정 레벨 이하일 때 제1저레벨에서 전력을 소멸하게끔 동작하며 상기 제1스위칭 장치전압이 제1소정 레벨 이상일 때 제2고레벨에서 전력을 소멸하도록 도작하고, 상기 제1회로와 병렬로 전기접속된 제2회로브랜치를 포함하며, 상기 제1회로브랜치내의 제1장치와 직렬인 저항성 임피던스보다 큰 저항성 임피던스를 갖는 제1저항성소자(R13)와 직렬접속된 제2고체스위치 및 증폭장치(Q4)를 구비하는 제1전력공유회로(20)와; 상기 제1스위칭장치의 전압이 상기 제1소정레벨 이하일 때 상기 제2장치를 완전도전상태인 포화상태로 유지하고, 상기 제1소정레벨 이상일 때 상기 제2장치를 포화상태를 벗어나도록 하는 수단(Q5, C5, CR3, CR4, R15, R16, R17)과; 상기 제2회로브랜치의 적어도 한부분과 병렬로 전기접속되고 제2저항기(R18)와 제3고체 스위칭장치(Q6)의 직렬접속부를 포함하는 제2전력공유회로(22) 및 상기 제1스위칭장치의 전압이 제2소정레벨 이하일 때 상기 제3고체스위칭장치를 턴온하며, 상기 제1스위칭장치의 전압이 제2소정 레벨 이상일 때 상기 제3고체스위칭장치를 턴오프하는 수단(26)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류스위칭회로용 전류제한전력제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2회로브랜치가 부수적인 저항성소자(R14)를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 제3회로브랜치는 상기 제2고체스위칭장치(Q4) 및 상기 제1저항성소자(R13)의 직렬접속부와 병렬로 전기접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류스위칭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1고체스위칭장치(Q1)의 전류도전레벨을 감지하는 수단(R1)과 상기 제1장치를 구동하는 수단은 상기 제1장치의 도전레벨이 선정된 최대전류 이하에 존재하도록 확인하는 전류제한 제어수단(18)을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류스위칭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3고체스위칭장치(Q6)는 전계효과트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류스위칭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1장치와 명령신호에 반응하는 상기 제1 및 제2전력공유회로의 구동수단을 인에이블하는 논리제어회로(28)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류스위칭 회로.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
