제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 휴대할 수 이는 전자장치로서의 IC카드를 취급하는 카드 취급장치의 구성을 도시해 놓은 블록도,
제2도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치로서의 IC카드의 구성을 도시해 놓은 블록도,
제3도는 제2도에 되된 프로그램 메모리의 구성을 도시해 놓은 도면.

Claims (10)

  1. 데어터 메모리부(12)와, 이 데이터 메모리부(12)에 대해 데어터를 독출하거나 기록하기 위한 제어부(11)가 갖춰져 데이터를 선택적으로 외부로부터 입출력할 수 있도록 된 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치에 있어서, 복수의 암호정보가 기억시켜진 암호정보 기억수단과, 외부로부터 주어지는 명령 데어터마다 설치되어 암호정보에 대응해서 부가시킨 제어정보를 기억하는 제어정보 기억수단, 상기 암호정보 기억수단에 기억되어진 각 암호정보와 외부로부터 주어지는 암호정보를 대조하는 대조수단, 이 대조수단에 따른 암호대조 결과정보를 암호정보에 대응해서 부가시켜 기억하게 되는 대조결과 기억수단 및. 외부로부터 주어지는 명령 데이터에 대응하는 제어정보에 따라 상기 대조결과 기억수단에 기억되어진 상기 암호대조결과 정보를 참조해서 해당 명령 데어터에 대한 상기 제어부(11)의 처리 실행의 가부를 판정하기 위한 가부판정수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가부판정수단이 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리 실행이 가능하다고 판정될 경우에만 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 상기 제어부(11)에 실행시켜주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가부판정수단은 명령 데이터가 사용할 수 있는 명령 데이터인지 여부를 판정해서, 사용할 수 없는 명령 데이터라고 판정될 경우에는 상기 제어부(11)에 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 실행시켜 주지 않고 미정의 명령 데이터를 의미하는 응답 데이터를 외부로 출력해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가부판정수단은 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리 실행이 불가능하다고 판정될 경우 상기 제어부(11)에 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 실행시켜 주지 않고 미정의 명령 데이터를 의미하는 응답 데이터를 외부로 출력해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 제어정보 기억수단이 상기 데이터 메모리부(12)내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암호정보 기억수단이 상기 데이터 메모리부(12)내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대조결과 기억수단이 상기 제어부(11)내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  8. 복수개의 암호정보를 기억하고 있음과 더불어 각 암호정보에 대응되어 있으면서 암호대조의 필요 여부를 설정하기 위한 제어정보를 외부로부터 공급받는 명령 데이터마다 기억시켜 놓은 데이터 메모리부와, 상기데이터 메모리부에 기억된 각 암호정보와 외부로부터 공급받는 암호정보를 대조하고, 그 암호대조결과의 정보를 상기복수개의 암호정보에 대응해서 기억시켜 놓으며, 외부로부터 공급받는 명령 데이터에 대응하는 제어정보를 상기 데이터 메모리부의 제어정보 기어수단으로부터 독출하고, 그렇게 독출된 제어정보에 따라 기억된 상기 암호 대조결과 정보를 참조해서 해당 명령 데이터에 대한처리실행의 가부를 판정하며, 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리 실행이 가능하다고 판정된 경우에만 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 실행해 주는 제어부를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 외부로부터 공급받는 명령 데이터가 사용할 수 없는 명령 데이터라고 판정된 경우에는 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 실행시켜주지 않고 미정의 명령 데이터를 의미하는 응답데이터를 외부로 출력해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 가부판정에 있어 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리 실행이 불가능 하다고 판정될 경우에는 해당 명령 데이터에 대한 처리를 실행시켜주지 않고 미정의 명령 데이터를 의미하는 상기 응답 데이터를 외부로 출력해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대할 수 있는 전자장치.
