Claims (1)

  1. 금형내에 삽입되는 가압 플런저를 갖춘 2차 가압 실린더가 금형의 한쪽에 고정 설치됨과 동시에 사출 실린더내의 압력상승을 검지하여 작동하는 소정의 유압원에 접속된 시퀀스 밸브와, 이 시퀀스 밸브와 상기 2차 가압 실린더와의 사이에 유량 조절밸브와 감압밸브가 장치되어 상기 시퀀스 밸브의 조정에 의해서 상기 2차 가압 실린더의 작동개시 시점을 변경하고, 상기 유량 조절 밸브에 의해서 가압 플런저의 진행속도를 가변시키고, 상기 감압밸브의 조절에 의해서 상기 가압 플런저의 가압력 변경을 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스트 장치.
