Claims (5)
- 래디칼 개시제인 벤조일 퍼옥사이드를 중합성 단량체인 아크릴산에 용해시켜 혼합기에서 혼합한 후 믹서 상부로부터 소량씩 유출시켜 충전제 퍼라이트에 고르게 흡착시키고 실온에서 방치하여 아크릴산이 퍼라이트에 충분히 흡착되게 한 후 다시 믹서 내부의 온도를 상승시키고 믹서를 다시 회전시켜 충분히 중합 반응이 일어나게 하여 퍼라이트의 표면처리를 완료하고, 이 표면 처리한 퍼라이트를 모상인 폴리프로필렌과 콤파운딩할때 추가로 상기 벤조일 퍼옥사이드를 소량 더 첨가하여 압출시에 상기 충전제에 흡착되어 있는 아크릴산이 중합된 폴리아크리리산과 폴리프로필렌이 그라프팅되게 하는 것으로 구성되는, 표면 처리한 퍼라이트로 충전시킨 폴리프로필렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 퍼라이트 100phr에 대하여 아크릴산 3phr을 첨가하고 벤조일 퍼옥사이들를 상기 아크릴산 100phr에 대하여 2phr의 비율로 첨가하는 제1항에 의한 방법.
- 벤조일 퍼옥사이드를 아크릴산에 용해시킨 후 헨스첼 믹서에서 1800rpm으로 회전시키면서 혼합하고, 믹서 상부로부터 이 혼합액을 1-10ml/분의 유출속도로 유출시키는 제1항에 의한 방법.
- 아크릴산을 흡착시킨 퍼라이트를 실온에서 적어도 24시간이상 방치한 후, 믹서에 고온 스팀을 통과시켜 믹서 내부 온도가 약 100-105℃범위로 유지되게 하고 약 1800rpm으로 약 3시간 동안 중합 반응시켜서 퍼라이트의 표면 처리를 완료하는 제1항의 방법.
- 상기 표면 처리된 퍼라이트를 폴리프로필렌과 콤파운딩시에 상기 벤조일 퍼옥사이드를 폴리프로필렌에 대하여 약 0.5중량% 더 첨가하는 제1항에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
