Claims (9)

  1. 장해된 폴리에스테르 연질 단편 및 유기 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 디아민 연쇄연장제로부터 유도된 경질 단편을 갖는 스판덱스 중합체로부터 형성된 탄성 필라멘트 또는 필름에 있어서, 장해된 폴리에스테르연질 단편이 글리콜 산성도가 15meg/kg이하인 폴리(2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판 도네칸디오 에이트)글리콜로부터 실질적으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방미성이 향상된 탄성 필라멘트 또는 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 장해된 폴리에스테르 글리콜의 분자량이 2,200 내지 2,700의 범위이고, 글리콜 산성도가 10meg/kg이하인 필라멘트 또는 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 장해된 폴리에스테르 글리콜의 분자량이 2,300 내지 2,600의 범위이고, 글리콜 산성도가 5meg/kg이하인 필라멘트 또는 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시네이트가 메틸렌 비스(4-페닐 이소시아네이트)이고, 연쇄연장제가 에틸렌 디아민과 1,3-디아미노사이클로헥산의 혼합물인 필라멘트 또는 필름.
  5. 방미성이 개선되고, 세트가 25% 미만이며, 견인력이 적어도 0.027gped이고, 파단신도가 적어도 400%인 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 애즈-스펀 탄성 필라멘트.
  6. 방미성이 개선되고, 세트가 25% 이하이며, 견인력이 적어도 0.036gped이고, 파단신도가 적어도 300%인 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체의 열-고정 탄성 필라멘트.
  7. 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판 디올을 불활성 유기 용매의 존재하에서 1,12-도데칸디오산과 반응시켜 분자량이 2,200 내지 2,700의 범위이고 글리콜 산성도가 15meg/kg이하인 하이드록실-말단 폴리에스테르를 형성시키고, 이렇게 하여 형성된 폴리에스테르를 유기 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 이소시아네이트 말단-그룹 함량이 2.2 내지 3.3%의 범위인 이소시아네이트-말단 폴리에스테르를 형성시킨 다음: 이소시아네이트-말단 폴리에스테르를 지방족 디아민으로 연쇄-연장시켜 상대점도가 1.5 내지 1.9의 범위인 점성의 스판덱스 중합체 용역을 합성시키고: 이어서 중합체 용액을 피라멘트 또는 필름으로 제조함을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 따르는 스판덱스 필라멘트 또는 필름을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에서 있어서, 폴리에스테르의 분자량이 2,300 내지 2,600 범위이고, 글리콜 산성도가 10meg/kg이하이며, 이소시아 네이트-말단 폴리 에스테르 NCO 함량이 2.4 내지 3.1%의 범위인 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 메틸렌 비스(4-패닐 이소시아네이트)이고, 디아민 연쇄-연장제가 에틸렌 지아민과 1,3-디아미노 사이클로 헥산의 혼합물인 방법.
