톱밥과 규산염 광물질을 이용한 사료첨가제
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 발효실내 원료배합물의 퇴적방법과 환적순서를 도시한 도면.
제2도는 발효실내 발효온도의 경시변화를 도시한 도표, 또 제3도는 원료배합물의 발효온도에 따른 발효물의 향미와 발효정도를 도시한 도표이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 30매쉬 이상으로 체가름한 톱밥 100중량부에 쌀겨, 밀기울 또는 배합사료 10 내지 20중량부를 배합하고 ; 또 30메쉬 이상으로 체가름한 소성 규산염 광물질 40 내지 160중량부를 첨가하고 ; 또 여기에 물 60 내지 80중량부에 당류 0.1중량부, 인산암모늄 0.3중량부, 제1인산칼슘 0.4중량부, 복합아이노산 0.1중량부, 공지의 발효효소제 0.6중량부를 첨가 용해시킨 용액을 첨가하면서 배합되고 ;또 이들 배합물을 상온으로 유지시킨 발효실에 장입 발효시켜 중심부 온도가 40-50℃로 되면 공기를 유통시키고, 70 내지 80℃에서 1차 환적을 행하고 또 이어 2일간격으로 추가로 3회 환적을 행하여 수분증발과 냉각을 행함을 특징으로하여 제조된 사료첨가제.
