Claims (8)

  1. 판지로 형성된 용기용의 무른(frangible) 밀봉구조물에 있어서, 이 용기는 그 속에 음료액체와 같은 액체를 수반하도록 부착되고, 이 용기는 편평한 벽부위, 전술한 편평한 벽부위를 통하여 연장하는 개구부, 내측벽 표면위에 있는 파열가능한 장벽층 밀봉을 가지며, 이 장벽층은 용기벽 개구부를 덮으며, 여기에 완전하게 이음매된 플랩을 가지는 단단한 스트립을 가지며, 이 플랩은 정상적으로 단단한 스트립의 평면위에 놓이며 단단한 스트립으로 형성되고, 전술한 단단한 스트립은 전술한 편평한 벽부위에서 용기의 외측표면에 밀봉되고 전술한 플랩은 전술한 개구부위에 놓이고 전술한 플랩은 전술한 장벽층밀봉에 접착제로 고착되어서, 플랩이 회전할 때 장벽층 밀봉이 찢겨서 용기의 함유물이 개구부를 통하여 분배되는, 판지로 형성된 용기용의 무른 밀봉구조물(frangible seal construction).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 단단한 스트립이 플라스틱재질로 형성되고, 플랩원주의 주요부위가 전술한 단단한 스트립속의 개구부와 꼭맞게 마찰되게 맞물고 거기서부터 플랩이 형성되어 플랩의 정상 부위로 되는 밀봉구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 플랩의용기 맨안쪽 표면이 개구부를 통하여 전술한 장벽층 밀봉에 접착재로 고착되는 밀봉구조물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단단한 스트립의 용기-맨 바깥측에 고착된 유연하고 껍질벗겨지는(peelable) 스트립을 포함하며, 밀봉에는 또한 껍질 벗겨지는 결합이 단단한 스트립과 플랩과 접촉하고, 껍질벗겨지는 스트립은 플랩원주와 플랩원주에 연속적인 단단한 스트립의 이러한 부위의 두곳 모두를 덮을 수 있는 크기와 형태로 되어 있고, 껍질벗겨지는 스트립의 한쪽 가장자리 부위가 단단한 스트립의 한쪽 가장자리부위 넘어로 연장하고, 그리하여 껍질벗겨지는 스트립을 잡을수 있고 플랩의 당겨 뺄 수 있으며, 그리하여 플랩이 용기의 내측쪽으로 아래쪽으로 눌리게 부착되어서 장벽층 밀봉을 파열시켜, 전술한 용기벽 개구부를 통하여 용기함유물의 분배가 허용되는, 밀봉구조물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 플랩원주에 인접하고 플랩의 완전한 이음매에 직경으로 대향된 단단한 스트립의 영역이 절단되어서 손가락 요홈을 한정하고 그리하여 플랩의 한 부위를 잡을 수 있게 되고 용기-외측의 방향으로 당길 수 있게 된, 밀봉구조물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 단단한 스트립을 가진 그의 완전한 이음매에 대향하는 회전운동 플랩의 영역이 완전한 연장을 수반하고, 완전한 연장이 단단한 스트립의 가장자리에 연장하고, 그리하여 플랩의 완전한 연장의 단부를 잡을 수 있고 용기-외측방향으로 당길 수 있는 밀봉구조물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 단단한 스트립이 일반적으로 평면에서 장방형이고 전술한 회전운동된 서로 이격된 한상의 플랩을 수반하고, 거기서 그의 완전한 이음매와 대향인 각 플랩의 한 단부가 단단한 스트립의 세로방향 가장자리위에 있고 여기서 각 플랩은 용기벽속의 각각의 개구부위에 놓이며, 한 개구부는 쏟음 개구부이고 다른 개구부는 배기 개구부인, 밀봉구조물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 용기의 상부가 실질적으로 편평하고, 여기서 용기는 단면이 다각형으로 되고, 여기서 장방형 스트립이 용기의 상부의 가장자리와 평행으로 연속되는 세로방향 축으로 놓이고, 단단한 스트립의 길이는 용기의 상부의 전술한 한 가장자리의 길이보다 길지 않은, 밀봉 구조물.
