Claims (4)

  1. 벌지가공 그밖의 적당한 방법으로 소재관의 축선 방향에 대하여 거의 직교하는 방향의 팽창부를 성형한후, 적당한 천공수단으로 상기 팽창부의 머리부에 천공하여 개구부를 형성하여, 이 개구부에 끼워 들어가는 확개수단에 의하여 상기 팽창부를 소정의 치수의 분지관으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 머리를 가진 티이의 성형방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천공수단에 펀치, 드릴, 선반 등의 어느 것인가가 포함되는 것을 특징으로하는 머리를 가진 티이의 성형방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 확개수단이 천공수단과 함께 일체적으로 성성된 것을 특징으로 하는 머리를 가진 티이의 성형방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천공수단에 의한 천공공정과 확개수단에 의한 확개공정이 소재관에 팽창부를 성형하는 금형내에 있어서 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 머리를 가진 티이의 성형방법.
