Claims (12)

  1. 경피성 도출계로부터의 활성 약제의 경피성 도출에 있어서;
    치료하고자하는 피부 부위에 항콜린 제제를 국소적인 분비 억제활성을 나타내기에 충분량, 그러나 침투 효과를 유발하기에는 불충분한 양으로 예비-처리하고 : 및
    상기 부위에 약학적 활성약제의 경피성 도출을 유도하리라고 기대되는 경피성 도출계를 투여함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출을 향상시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제가 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로하는 경피성 도출을 향상시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제를 도포구에 도포하고 상기 제제가 피부에 투여되도록 상기 도포구로 피부를 문지름으로써 예비-처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출을 향상시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제를 피부의 치료 부위위에 분무함으로써 예비-처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출을 향상시키는 방법.
  5. 도출계와 피부 표면 사이에 바람직한 유동 계면을 제공할 수 있으며 :
    약학적 활성 약제 ;
    상기 약제용의 피부과학적 및 약학적 활성 담체 ; 및
    국소적인 분비억제활성을 나타내기에 충분량, 그러나 침투효과를 유발하기에는 불충분한 양의 항콜린 제제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제가 4차 암모늄염임을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    담체가 약학적 활성 약제를 함유하는 저장기 내에 위치하는 흡수성 기질이고 항콜린 제제는 약학적 활성 약제와 함께 저장기 내에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  8. 제5항에 있어서,
    담체가 분산되어 있는 약학적 활성 약제를 함유하며 또한 항콜린 제제를 분산시킨 압력-민감 부착물임을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  9. 제5항에 있어서,
    담체가 항콜린 제제와 함께 분산된 약학적 활성약제를 함유하는 확산성 기질임을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  10. 제5항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제를 함유하는 분리된 저장기를 또한 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    항콜린 제제가 분리된 저장기내에 액체 용액 상태로 존재하며, 상기 분리된 저장기는 그로부터 액체용액을 꺼내기에 용이하도록 개봉될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    분리된 저장기가 항콜린 제제가 흡수되어 있는 도포구를 함유하며, 상기 도포구는 항콜린 제제를 피부에 투여하고자 할때 저장기로부터 꺼내기에 용이함을 특징으로 하는 경피성 도출계.
