Claims (6)

  1. 하기(a)-(g)의 단계로 구성되는, 디클로로히드린의 유기 용매 용액을 연속적으로 생산하는 방법 ;
    a) 반응 지대내에서 염화 알릴, 물 및 염소를 반응시켜 디클로로히드린의 수성 혼합물을 형성하고,
    b) 추출지대에서 반응지대 유출액을 디클로로히드린에 대한 수(水)-불혼화성 불활성 유기 용매와 접촉시켜 디클로로히드린이 풍부한 용매와 수성상을 얻고,
    c) 추출지대에서 디클로로히드린이 풍부한 용매를 지나가게 하고,
    d) 수성상을 추출지대에서 역삼투지대로 지나가게하고,
    e) 수성상을 역삼투지대에서 역삼투상태에 놓아 :
    1) 수성상보다 높은 염화물 함량을 갖는 체류 스트립과
    2) 수성상보다 낮은 염화물 함량을 갖는 투과스트림을 얻고,
    f) 체류 스트림을 회수하고,
    g) 투과 스트림 중 최소한 일부분을 단계(e)에서 단계(a)의 반응지대로 재순환시킨다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 유기용매가 4-18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 알코올이나 에스테르인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 유기용매가 9개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 염소화 탄화수소화 포나지방족 에테르인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 (a)와 (b)의 중간에, 반응혼합물을 3.0-6.5의 pH 범위로 부분적으로 중화시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 수성상이 0.1-0.6N의 염화나트륨을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(g)에서 반응지대로 재순환된 투과스트림의 양이 반응지대로 공급된 물의 10-60부피%인 방법.
