제1도, 제2도 및 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 막(membrane)을 제조하는데 이어서의 다양한 단을 나타낸다.
Claims (11)
- 최소한 하나의 표면이 0.005내지 50mm 스케일상에 적층된 양극성 산화 알루미늄 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 표면이, 다수의 산재된 피크과 밸리 또는 딤플로 적층된 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 표면이 연장된 리브와 골이 교대로 적층된 막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이웃된 피크와 리브의 간격 D가 0.1내지 10.0mm이고 골의 깊이가 최소한 0.1 D인 막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피크 또는 리브의 마루와 밸리또는 골의 저부가 원형인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성인 막.
- 알루미늄 금속 기판을 준비하고, 0.005내지 50mm의 스케일상에 기판의 표면을 적층하고, 적층된 표면을 현미경적 차원으로 평활하하고, 기판을 전해질내에서 양극화시켜 표면상에 다공성인 양극성 선화물을 형성하고 잔류하는 금속 기판으로부터 막을 분리하는 것으로 구성된 최소한 하나의 표면이 0.005 내지 50mm 스케일상에 적층된 양극성 산화 알루미늄막의 제조방법.
- 연장된 마루와 골의 다수가 교대로 구성되었으며 상기리브의 마루를 따라 다른 막과 접착되어 있는 막을 포함하는 두개의 약극성 산화 알루미늄 막으로 구성된 구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 두 개의 막이 각각 연장된 평행의 리브와 골을 지니며 각각의 리브의 마루를 따라 접착되어진 구조물.
- 하나의 상부에 다른 하나가 쌓여진 다수의 양극성 산화알루미늄 막으로 구성되었으며, 최소한 두번째 막마다 피크 또는 연장된 리브가 있으며 피크 또는 리브의 마루를 따라 이웃과 결합된 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 교대인 막은 얇으며 다공성 또는 비다공성인 구조물.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
