Claims (3)

  1. 진공 펌프내 활동유체로 사용되는 오일을 여과시키는 것으로 연속적 또는 불연속적 조업에서 진공펌프로의 직접 연결에 적절하고, 그 필수 요소들로서,
    - 여과기 요서의 기공들의 지름이 0.4미크론 미만인 접선-유동형 여과기,
    - 여과기에서 오일에 충분한 접선속도가 유지되도록 하는 여과될 오일의 연속적인 재순환을 위한 순환 펌프,
    들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 여과장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접선-유동형 여과기에 기공의 지름이 0.2미크론 정도인 여과기요소가 장치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 여과기요소가 다공성 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과장치.
