제 1도는 가스냉각실이 연결된 본 발명에 따른 반응기의 세로단면도임.

Claims (6)

  1. 탄소질연료, 철광석 및 또는 미리 환원된 광석을 용융물에 공급하고 용융물에서 나오는 반응가스를 하나 또는 그 이상의 단계로 산소―함유가스로써 후연소시키며, 하부노즐과 상부취입기가 구비된 긴 반응기를 사용하여, 반응기의 폐가스기공을 탄소질연료의 반응지역으로부터 오프셋시키고, 분출 및 스프레쉬(splash)지역의 외부에 위치시킨 다음, 폐가스 기공과 연결된 파이프 내의 폐가스온도를 폐가스흐름과 함께 이동하는 철입자의 응고화 온도이상으로 유지시키고 폐가스를 인접한 냉각실에서 1,000℃이하로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 철의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    고온가스 파이프를 통해 반응기와 직접연결되어 있는 가스냉각실에서 폐가스를 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항 및 2항에 있어서,
    폐가스를 고온가스 파이프에서 방출된 후 즉시 가스 냉각실에서 온도를 1,000℃이하로 떨어뜨리는 냉가스 액체 및 또는 분말상물질과 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항-3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 미세광석, 석회, 석회석, 마그네사이트, 석탄, 코우크스 또는 이들의 혼합물과 같은 분말상 물질을 폐가스 흐름에 취입시켜 금속 및 또는 금속산화물입자가 폐가스 흐름을 따라 이동될 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항-4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서,
    가스와 화학적으로 반응하는 분말상물질을 취입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1항-5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서,
    입자 크기가 0.1mm 이하인 그라운드 철광석을 폐가스 흐름에 취입시키고 우스타이트 상태로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
