석탄회, 석회, 시멘트의 혼합물에 유기, 무기 첨가제와 발포제를 물에 분산 또는 용해시킨 처리수를 첨가 혼합하여 적당한 형틀내에 충전, 발포, 응결해서 만들어진 케이크모양의 예비 강화체를 절단하여 증기 양생기 안에서 섭씨 150 내지 200도 온도 범위에서 4시간 내지 12시간 증기 양생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄회를 이용한 경량 단열 건축재의 제조방법.A mixture of coal, lime, and cement is added to the treated water obtained by dispersing or dissolving organic and inorganic additives and blowing agents in water.
