Claims (1)

  1. 반도체레이저와 이 반도체레이저가 출력하는 레이저광의 일부를 수광하는 수광소자와 이 수광소자의 수광결과와 미리 정해진 기준치를 비교하는 비교기와 이 비교기의 비교결과에 의거하여 상기 반도체레이저의 구동전류제어치를 결정하여 그 제어치를 나타내는 디지탈데이터를 출격하는 제어부와 이 제어부로부터의 디지탈데이터를 아나로그신호로 변환하는 D/A변환기를 비치하며 이 D/A변환기로 부터의 아나로그 신호에 따라서 상기 반도체레이저를 구동하도록 한 반도체 레이저구동장치에 있어서, 상기 제어부와 상기 D/A변환기 사이에 상기 디지탈데이터를 래치하는 래치회로를 설치하여 이 래치회로를 긴급리셋신호에 의해서 리셋하는 것에 의하여 래치되어 있는 디지탈데이터를 0으로 하는 동시에 상기 D/A변환기를 그 입력이 0일 때에 상기 반도체레이저의 구동전류가 그 감지시키는 한계수치 이하로 되도록 오프셋 조정한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체레이저 구동장치의 긴급리셋회로.
