Claims (4)

  1. 광학 판독 및 서입 장치로서, 비임 발생 장치와, 상기 비임 발생 장치로 부터의 비임을 광학 기록매체 상으로 집광시키기 위한 광학 장치와, 상기 광학 기록 매체로 부터 전송된 광을 검출하여, 상기 광학 기록 매체내에 저장된 데이타를 판독하기 위한 제1검출 장치와, 상기 비임 발생 장치, 상기 광학 장치 및 상기 제1검출 잠치를 지지하기 위한 프레임과, 상기 광학 기록매체에 평행한 상기 프레임을 이동하기 위한 제1구동 장치와, 상기 광학 장치를 광학 축의 방향으로 이동하기 위한 제2구동 장치와, 상기 광학 기록매체 사엥 소정의 스포트에 상기 광학 기록매체 상의 상기 비임 스포트를 이동하기 위한 비임 스포트 이동 장치 및 상기 광학 기록매체로 부터 반사된 광을 검출하여 상기 제2구동 장치 및 상기 비임 스포트 이동 장치에로 서보 신호를 발생하기 위한 제2검출 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 판독 및 서입 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1검출 장치는 상기 광학 기록 매체로부터 비임의 극화된 각을 검출하기 위한 분석기를 가지며, 상기 광학 기록매체를 자화하기 위한 자화 장치는 상기 광학 기록매체 근처에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 판독 및 서입 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 장치는 대물렌즈이며, 상기 비임 스포트 장치는 상기 광학 기록매체 상의 데이타 트랙에 대하여 수직 방향으로 상기 대물렌즈를 움직이도록 보조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 판독 및 서입 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 장치는 대물렌즈이며, 상기 비임 스포트 이동 장치는 상기 대물렌즈에 대한 비임의 입사각을 변화하기 위한 입사각 변환 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 판독 및 서입 장치.
