Claims (9)

  1. 하기의 일반식 I,
    [식중, X는 이중결합 또는 S(O)n(여기에서, n은 0,1 또는 2임)에 의해 임의로 단속된 C2-8알킬렌사슬이고, Y는 O 또는 NH이고, 1 및 m은 각각 독립적으로 2,3 또는 4이고, R10은 1개 이상의 서로 동일하거나 상이한 치환체 R23에 의해 치환된 페닐기이거나, 또는 피리딜기, 포화 카르보시클릭기, C1-6알킬기 또는 수소이고, R15는 수소, 또는 R23과 함께 (CH2)P(여기에서, P는 0,1 또는 2일) 사슬을 형성하고, R20,R21,R22및 R23은 서로 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서, 독립적으로 수소, C1-6알킬기, NHR25(여기에서, R25는 수소, C1-6알킬기, C1-6알카노일기 또는 SO1C1-6알킬기 임), SH, NO2, 할로겐 CF3, SO2R30(여기에서, R30은 C1-6알킬기 또는 NH2기임), CH2OH 또는 OH기이되, 단, X가 단속되지 않은 C4알킬렌사슬이고, Y가 NH이고, m 및 1이 각각 2이고, R10이 페닐기이고, R15가 수소이고, R21,R22및 R23이 수소일 경우, R20은 수소 또는 4-OH가 될 수 없음]으로 표시되는 화합물, 약리적으로 허용되는 그의 염류 및 용매화물류의 제조방법에 있어서, 하기 일반식 Ⅱ

  2. 제1항에 있어서, R10이 서로 동일하거나 상이한 1개 이상의 치환체 R23에 의하여 치환된 페닐기인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R23이 독립적으로 1개 이상의 수소, 할로겐, 히드록시기, NH2,NHSO2C1-6알킬기, NO2또는 C1-6알킬기인 방법.
  4. 상기 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, R20,R21및 R22가 독립적으로 수소, 히드록시기, C1-6알킬기, 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸기인 방법.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, R20,R21또 R22중에서 1개가 3-OH기인 방법.
  6. 상기 항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, Y가 NH기인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 I의 화합물이 3-[2-[3-히드록시페닐]에틸]-4-[2-[6-[2-페닐에틸아미노]헥실 아미노]에틸]-1,2-벤젠디올 또는 제약상 허용되는 그의 염 또는 용매화물인 방법.
