Claims (9)

  1. 조성물 성분을 혼합하여 임의로 과립화시키고 필요시 수득한 혼합물을 압축시켜 정제를 생성시킴을 특징으로하여, 이부프로펜 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염, 물의 존재하에 이산화탄소를 생성시키는 약학적으로 허용되는 발포성 커플(couple), 약학적으로 허용되는 계면활성제 및 약학적으로 허용되는 수불용성 친수성 중합체로 이루어지는 약제 분말 또는 정제조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이부프로펜 또는 이의 염과 친수성 중합체를 긴밀한 혼합물로 만드는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 이부프로펜 또는 이의 염과 친수성 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 과립을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 음이온성 또는 비이온성인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사카라이드를 조성물에 분산시키는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 제조된 조성물이 이부프로펜 또는 이의 염 100중량부당 친수성 중합체 5 내지 100중량부 및 사카라이드 50 내지 2000중량부를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 친수성 중합체가 미세결정 셀룰로즈로 이루어지고 사카라이드가 슈크로즈 또는 락토즈로 이루어지는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제조된 조성물이 이부프로펜 100중량부, 물의 존재하에 이 산화탄소를 생성시키는 약학적으로 허용되는 발포성 커플 및 음이온 또는 비이온 계면활성제 0.01 내지 20중량부로 이루어지고, 이부프로펜을 슈크로즈 100 내지 1000중량부 및 크로스카르멜로즈 나트륨 1중량부와 미세결정 셀룰로즈 1 내지 10중량부의 혼합물 10 내지 50중량부의 혼합물로 이루어지는 과립내에 포함되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 1분자당 4 내지 20의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌소르비탄 모노라우레이트 또는 나트륨 라우릴설페이트로 이루어지는 방법.
