Claims (8)
- 컷터몸체(1)에 대하엽 팁(8)을 취부한 정면 밀링 컷터에 있어서 상기 팁(8)은 그 정면형상이 각 변을 외방으로 향하여 철상으로 된 곡선 절삭날(8a…)를 갖는 다각형 또는 원형상의 편평한 형상으로 성형되고, 이 팁(8)의 주면의 일부에는 곡면상의 레이크면(17)이 형성되고, 또한 상기 팁(8)은 앞도피면(16)이 가공면(W)에 대하여 축방향도피각(α)를 남기게 절선부착을 하고 또 상기 팁(8)의 상기 곡선절삭날(8a, …)의 레디얼 레이크가(γ1)이 큰 부의 각이 되도록 상기 컷터 몸체(1)에 취부된 것을 특징으로 하는 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)은 카트리지(7)을 통하여 상기 컷터몸체(1)에 취부한 것을 특징으로 하는 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)의 레디얼 레이그 각 (γf)이 -15도부터 -60도의 범위내에 설정되어 있는 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)의 레디얼 레이그 각 (γf)이 부의 어느 범위내에서 가변이 되게 상기 컷터몸체(1)에 취부되어 있는 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)의 그 정면형상이 대략 3각형상으로 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)의 그 정면형상이 대략 4각형상으로 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팁(8)은 그 정면형상이 원형으로 형성된 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컷터 몸체(1)에 취부되는 복수의 팁(8)은 각각 레이크각(γf)이 다른 각도로 부(負)가 되는 위치에 착탈가능하게 취부된 것이 특징인 정면 밀링 컷터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
