Claims (15)

  1. 표면적이 약 600㎡/g 이상이고 수성 현탁액중의 pH가 약 9 내지 약 11인 알칼리성 과립상 다공성 탄소질촉매지지 물질을 제조하고, 이를 건조 촉매의 중량을 기준, 원소 금속으로서 계산하여 약 0.01 내지 약 2중량%의 로듐을 함유하는 습윤 지지 물질이 제조되는 시간 동안 pH가 약 1 내지 약 4로 로듐(3+)염 수용액(여기서, 지지물질과 로듐염 수용액은 로듐염 수용액의 pH와 지지물질 수성 할탁액의 pH의 합이 약 12 내지 약 13.5가 되도록 미리 선택된다)과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄소상 로듐 촉매 또는 이의 전구체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로듐염이 로듐 트리니트레이트인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 로듐염이 수화 로듐 트리클로라이드인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 습윤 지지물질이 건조 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하고 원소 금속으로서 계산하여 약 0.5중량%의 로듐을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 지지물질을 약 5마이크론 이상의 깊이까지 염 용액을 함유하는 습윤 지지물질이 제조되는 시간 동안 염 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 길이가 약 10 내지 약 20마이크론적 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 현탁액중 지지물질의 pH가 약 10.5이고 로듐(3+)염 용액의 pH가 약 2인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 습윤 지지물질에 함유된 로듐염을 로듐 금속으로 환원시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 포화시킨 후 즉시 측정하여 생성된 습윤 포화 조성물의 pH가 약 6 내지 약 8 일 때까지의 지지물질을 염 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 서로 접촉되는 고체 대 액체의 중량비가 약 0.5 이상인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 서로 접촉되는 고체 대 액체의 중량비가 약 0.5 내지 약 20인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 서로 접촉되는 고체 대 액체의 중량비가 약 0.5 내지 약 2인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 지지물질을 염 용액중에 침액시킴으로써 접촉시키는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 염 용액을 지지물질상에 분무시킴으로써 접촉시키는 방법.
  15. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 미립자 촉매 조성물.
